My name is Katrina Pankuch and it all started with an aspiration: to help others to achieve more.

Having spent over a decade in Corporate Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business and helping others to achieve more. I became tired of the red-tape; the closed lips; the us vs. them mentality between organizations and the candidate or job seeker. Alas, Aspire Talent Solutions.

My goal is to use my Talent Acquisition and HR experience, combined with my strong desire to motivate and engage, to improve others’ lives professionally and personally. Whether that be through helping individuals to secure their dream jobs and find work-life balance or that high-paying job; or helping businesses to find that top talent and ensure they have the best experience throughout the entire process... I want to genuinely help.

I have led talent acquisition teams and processes in many industries including retail, manufacturing and distribution, and call center/BPO, to name a few. I’ve been responsible for recruiting entry-level roles to high-level executives of global organizations. From call center agents to VPs of Engineering, Sales, Marketing, IT; my focus is always on providing a best-in-class experience to the individual and to the organization. I’ve reviewed what seems like millions of resumes in the last 10+ years, probably not far off if I really counted them out! I’ve coached candidates and managers through the hiring process. I’ve led teams of 50+ and pride myself on ensuring all are heard, valued, and given the resources and training necessary to do their job well.
